Amazing open space in the West Village that I got to remodel entirely by creating different and unique little living corners: Large open space dining area, social and fun open kitchen corner with an island, seating area by the windows and extra chilling space in the corner.
This loft is about 1,000 square feet with very high ceilings, and 4 massive windows which overlook a garden. It’s a perfect location and space to live in the West Village.
I wanted to keep the open space loft by creating different leaving areas and keeping the tones as soft as possible, choosing from a spread of a very pastel palette and bringing some pops with brighter and warmer ones.
This apartment is a rental so the renovations were minor but by changing some elements of the kitchen like the counter top and repainting the cabinets it gives a fresher look.
I wanted to accentuate the higher ceiling by picking lower furniture and let space breathe as much as it can.
