My inspiration was Balmain, very known at the moment for the come back of the shoulder pads. Christophe Decarnin, the Art Director since 2005, had brought an all new dimension of the woman silhouette. Skinny bottoms with shoulder pads, it makes you look taller and slimmer, it’s MAGIC! The difference with the 80’s shoulder is that there are fitted pads, and not the over sized like the one that we hated!! Only problem with pads is to find a jacket that will be able to fit them under, my leather Jacket usually works for me.
At the moment BAlmain is the proper definition of the Sexy Rock Chic Chick!!
The name will be mention soon again!
